Graphic Equalizer Pro is a completely independent sound equalizer

This program enables 12dB enhancement and editing or cutting in any of the fifteen available bands. You can vary octaves in two-thirds (2/3) portions on all frequencies between 20Hz and 20kHz.

Graphic Equalizer Pro also incorporates a two-channel system that operates independently

You can run it without problems if your computer is Windows and you do not require any other program to use it.
